What is RPM?

The group fitness revolution continues at Jenkins
Gym with RPM–the cycling phenomenon. RPM
is
also known as “The Rock concert on wheels”.

A
45 minute workout of fun fat burning cycling,
losing around
1000
calories in a single class. RPM is an effective
cross-training group
workout with options to suit your personal level.
It will leave you feeling invigorated and de-stressed.
RPM
is an awesome workout for improving your aerobic
capacity
and
anaerobic strength. The music driven terrain
pushes your
body to burn
calories and tighten your frame. Under guidance
of your Instructor
and
motivation of your team you will experience slow
climbs,
short sprints and recovery spins that present
no barrier to
co– ordination or boredom.
Each workout is preformed on V-bike cycles that
enhance the
indoor
experience. Available with fixed wheel, RPM cycles
come with
adjustable
handle bars, seat and pedals to maximise your
comfort.
RPM will be a extra service Jenkins gym will
be offering to its
members.
As a current member of Jenkins gym you
will receive this
at a heavily discounted rate of $5 per ride or
$50 for 11 rides. Non
members rates will be $15 per ride or $100 for
11 rides. Class numbers
