We work up some serious heat on the bike, so it’s important to hydrate for class. We have water fountain in the gym — bring a bottle to fill up or grab one at the front desk
All you need is comfortable sports shoes. Also our bikes are designed to be clipped into, If you have your own riding shoes, feel free to bring them!
What to Wear
Come as you are in your favorite workout clothes: shorts or leggings with a tank or t-shirt.
Our bikes are custom designed to fit everybody and every body. On Jenkins Gym's state of the art cycles, you'll use mini levers to adjust each setting for a comfortable, core-engaging ride. For your first class it's a great idea to turn up 15 min before the classes start so one of our trained team members can help you set your cycle up.
