A workout with the weights can do wonders for your shape.

A Jenkins Gym structured weights workout can burn calories and shape and tone your entire body and is popular with both men and women.  In the main gym area there is a  combination of free weights (dumbells and barbells, with olympic bars) resistance machines, swiss balls and cardio equipment.  Come and see us and we will design a programme tailored for you!  Move toward your goal whether it's weight loss, toning and shaping, fitness, strength and size or a combination.
