Session times Tuesday 6:00am. Wednesday 5:30pm. 6.15pm Thursday 9:15am For 6 consecutive weeks What does it cost $60 (for all 6 sessions) How many in each group? Maximum six participants per session. What does my fitness level have to be? Beginners through to advanced, as all exercises can be modified by Leanne How long is each session? Each session is 45 mins |
How do I get involved?
